Begin in third chain from hook

Row 1:

·  yarn over

·  insert hook into stitch

·  pull up a loop

·  pull loop directly through first loop on hook

·  yarn over

·  pull through 1 loop on hook

·  yarn over

·  pull through remaining loop on hook

Herringbone Double Crochet stitch made

·  repeat across the row

·  chain 2

·  turn

Repeat until desired height. Do not chain or turn at the end of the pattern.
