Linked Double Crochet

Prerequisites: linked stitch anatomy

Starting Chain Multiple: Any

Begin in second chain from hook

Row 1:

·  insert hook into 2^nd chain from hook

·  pull up a loop (you now have 2 loops on your hook)

·  insert hook into first stitch

·  pull up a loop (you now have 3 loops on your hook)

·  yarn over

·  pull through 2 loops on hook (you now have 2 loops on your hook)

·  yarn over

·  pull through remaining 2 loops on hook

First stitch made

·  insert hook into horizontal bar from previous stitch

·  pull up a loop (you now have 2 loops on your hook)

·  insert hook into next stitch

·  pull up a loop (you now have 3 loops on your hook)

·  yarn over

·  pull through 2 loops on hook (you now have 2 loops on your hook)

·  yarn over

·  pull through remaining 2 loops on hook

Linked Double Crochet stitch made

·  repeat second stitch across the row

·  chain 2

·  turn

Repeat until desired height. Do not chain or turn at the end of the pattern.
