Prerequisites: sc, hdc

Starting Chain Multiple: Even

Begin in second chain from hook

Row 1:

·  sc in the first stitch

·  chain 1

·  skip 1

·  repeat [sc, ch 1, sk 1] across the row

·  sc in the final stitch

·  chain 2

·  turn

Row 2:

·  (2 hdc) in the ch 1 space below, repeat across the row

·  hdc in the final stitch

·  chain 1

·  turn

Row 3:

·  sc in the space between the first and second hdc below

·  chain 1

·  skip 2

·  sc in the space between 2 hdc below

·  repeat [ch 1, sk 2, sc] across the row

·  sc in final stitch

·  chain 1

·  turn

Repeat rows 2-3 until desired height. Do not chain or turn at the end of the pattern.
