Prerequisites: dc, dc spike stitch

Starting Chain Multiple: 4

 

Begin in fourth chain from hook:

Row 1:

·  (3 dc) in the first stitch

·  skip 3

·  repeat [(3 dc), sk 3] across the row

·  end with 2 dc in final stitch

·  chain 3

·  turn


Row 2:

·  skip first 2 dc

·  (dc, dc spike, dc) in space between 3 dc clusters

·  repeat (dc, dc spike, dc) in space between 3 dc clusters across the row

·  2 dc in the final stitch

·  chain 3

·  turn


Repeat row 2 until desired height. Do not chain or turn at the end of the pattern.
