Waistcoat Stitch

Prerequisites: sc

Starting Chain Multiple: Any

 

Begin in second chain from hook

Row 1:

·  sc across

·  chain 1

·  turn


Row 2:

·  insert your hook into the upside down “v” created by the previous row and complete a sc stitch

·  repeat across the row until the final stitch

·  complete a sc stitch between the last stitch and the turning chain

·  chain 1

·  turn


Repeat row 2 until desired height. Do not chain or turn at the end of the pattern.
