Starting Chain Multiple: 8+5

Begin in second chain from hook

Row 1:

·  slst in first 4 stitches

·  hdc in the next 4 stitches

·  repeat [4 slst, 4 hdc] across

·  chain 1

·  turn

Row 2:

·  BLO hdc in first 4 stitches

·  BLO slst in next 4 stitches

·  repeat [4 BLO hdc, 4 BLO slst] across to the last 4 stitches

·  BLO hdc in last 4 stitches

·  chain 1

·  turn

Row 3:

·  repeat row 2

Row 4:

·  BLO slst in first 4 stitches

·  BLO hdc in next 4 stitches

·  repeat [4 BLO slst, 4 BLO hdc] until last 4 stitches

·  BLO slst in last 4 stitches

·  chain 1

·  turn

Row 5:

·  repeat row 4

·  chain 1

·  turn

Repeat rows 2-5 until desired height. Do not chain or turn at the end of the pattern.
